"Mark was fantastic. We contacted him at Noon on Saturday and set up an appointment to go over everything that evening at 7 pm. We were able to discuss our credit and how much we want to spend on a mortgage with him and he was very honest with us in terms of what he could provide us with versus a conventional loan offered by a bank we previously went to. He advised us about what was in our best interest which may be to go with a conventional loan. My husband and I truly appreciated his honesty and interest in our home buying process. A two-way cleanout can help if there’s already a clog, but the best strategy to prevent one is by not rinsing grease, oil, or fat down your drains, not flushing or rinsing coffee grounds or egg shells down your drains, flushing only human waste and toilet paper (so no diapers, period products, bathroom wipes, or paper towels), and using drain guards on all of your drains.
