"Mark was fantastic. We contacted him at Noon on Saturday and set up an appointment to go over everything that evening at 7 pm. We were able to discuss our credit and how much we want to spend on a mortgage with him and he was very honest with us in terms of what he could provide us with versus a conventional loan offered by a bank we previously went to. He advised us about what was in our best interest which may be to go with a conventional loan. My husband and I truly appreciated his honesty and interest in our home buying process.
