"We had wind driven rain water seeping in through the masonry on the front of our house. I contacted Disciple Masonry based on numerous positive reviews, and w weren't disappointed. From start to finish, the experience was great. Joey responded quickly to my initial call, and came out to provide a plan of action. They would repoint the mortar joints in the area outside. Inside, parging and waterproofing paint were applied. All commitments were kept, and Scott did an excellent job. His workmanship clearly demonstrated he has a great deal of pride in his work. I was impressed to find that new mulch was applied to work area outside after the masonry work was completed. That's attention to detail. Dan, and Nathan were also helpful with keeping me informed about weather related issues, and answering questions. All in all, it was a great experience. "Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way.
