Jordan, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the product and he was very accommodating when we decided to change a feature on the order after it had already been placed. It did take quite a while from the date of the order until actual installation but we understood that it was a result of COVID restricted production issues and then the weather. The office staff kept us advised of the progress of the order as well as the installation scheduling with excellent follow up. Kyle and Colt were very professional and competent with the installation. They even made a follow up visit to make sure that the awning installation met our expectations. We would highly recommend Garrety Glass for similar projects"
