They found many issues where things were done wrong in the 80 years since the house was built and they fixed every one from the floor joists being un-level, to electric wiring run outside the wall to the sink drain being piped wrong. They were both so professional and precise with all there work. They did a new floor, new cabinets, backsplash tiles, new plumbing, new outlets, new back door and screen door. And they were so reasonably priced! Everything is awesome and I will definitely be hiring them again. I wish I could post before and after pictures!"

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. "I hired them to replace the front step at my townhouse. It was originally poorly constructed and let in water during heavy rain storms. They poured concrete below the foundation line. They completed the job in one day and step looks nice. No rain storms post installation so don't know if that worked. Only drawback was a few delays in communication but nothing serious."
