Carpets look fantastic removed stains i did not think would come out, including pet stains and odor. Kitchen tile and grout was especially dirty and looks almost like new. They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean. The guys were super thorough, explained the process every step of the way and really got into all the nooks and crannies to deep clean. I can't believe how clean my carpeted staircase looks! "Neo Services did a great job! A visiting dog had a large accident on my expensive oriental rug. I had tried to get the stains out myself but only made it worse! I called Ben Hersh and explained the problem. They sent a driver over that morning to pick up the carpet. I was called that afternoon from the warehouse to inform me how they were going to treat the carpet and to assure me that the carpet could be saved. They were right! The carpet is as good as new! There's no hint of the dog stains! The initial pick up driver and the delivery men were prompt and courteous. It was raining on the delivery date. They even wiped the wet floors so that the carpet was not laid on damp hardwood! Super professional! I will definitely use them again!"
