I really liked that he checked the chimney stacks, for pointing etc. Best of all he took photos of the our 3 of 6 chimney stacks on the roof and sent them to us. Now we understand this one shared chimney with 6 stacks in it, 3 for us and 3 for our row house neighbors. Definitely would hire again and recommend. I could not find cost of cleaning, but was reasonable."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me. Even when I tried to give him some money he was emphatic stating that making me happy was his priority and that my review was the best way to keep him in business! That’s above and beyond service!
