"Intial technician performed a complete internal top to bottom inspection of our chimney. He showed me exactly what was causing the problem and suggested a solution. He performed this inspection at no cost. When installation technicians arrived, they suggested a change to our furnace flue to provide better draft (again no charge for this change). Without a doubt, they were professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend them again."

"The owner Mike Kozlanski is a gem. He is very hard working and efficient. He quickly brought his ladders over and and got up on our high roof to thoroughly clean chimney and check everything from topside and then he cleaned the chimney from inside the house, a very thorough clean job. Mike is blest with great strength and he puts his all into his work. He also serviced our clothes dryer and identified a materials problem with our clothes dryer vent which was very important from a potential safety standpoint. His wife Cristy deserves special mention. Crusty is an excellent scheduler, providing wonderful customer service. Very reasonable prices. They’re a very experienced provider . I feel really lucky to have their services."
