He actually identified a safety issue with my fireplace that could cause a fire. It is a zero tolerance unit with rust chips that could mean pin holes near a wooden frame. I will need to replace the entire unit so maybe next year I will switch over to gas. Until then I cannot use it.

Honest. Told them previous cleaner said I would need to repoint bricks for like 500 bucks last year. Cozy Hearth said maybe 1 or 2 and would take 10 minutes, but not really needed. They could have lied and taken the job, but Cozy Hearth cleaned the chimney and was done.

Matt very quick to respond to messages, came explained work, and job entailed and gave approximate start, finish and end time. very knowledgeable and helpful throughout project. This was a large job full chimney tear down and put full new chimney up from sleeves to blocks, and cap.
