Business owner Kevin was called to evaluate my chimney when I noticed a gap in the triple wall flue pipe.
He came quickly and did a thorough assessment, then proposed a low cost, custom solution. He was able to get the flue pipes together [the junction of which was several feet down a framed in chimney], but this left a shortage at the top where it joined with the flue cap/cover.
He brought a stainless steel slip connector and installed it in short order.
Kevin was responsive, personable, competent and his solution was spot on, low cost and met my needs. Highly recommend him.
