"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. "I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."

"I Had a phenomenal experience with John and his team. I had called to get an estimate and see if what I visioned was possible and John not only got right back to me but within a timely manner they were ready to start! The team was very polite and accommodating to my schedule and expectations. John was patient with last minute changes on my end and didn’t treat me as a customer but a friend. The remodel turned out better than I had imagined and I am still in disbelief how my home looks! I will 100% be calling them again when I’m ready to tackle the basement renovation!"
