Knowing that Lloyd and Zach are knowledgeable, and thoughtful about how they approach their work, and the homes they're entrusted with is why we have recommended them and continue to do so. A few mornings ago we discovered water in the basement from and unknown source, they walked my husband through a whole house shutoff until they could arrive and worked on first round diagnostics of the possible issue. We followed their guidance and upon their return (when things were dryer lol), they were able to diagnose within a very short time and with impressive accuracy to mitigate further damage and resolve the issue once and for all. "Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!"
