They’ve done a variety of work for us and our family, and have always found or build the best solution while being conscientious of affordability. Our house was built in 1950 with hot water heat and no a/c. They rerouted and eliminated many pipes to streamline the heating system (which was an amazing feat!) and also figured out how to install a regular forced air a/c system, including hand made ducts so we didn’t have to incur the expense of multiple individual mini splits. They worked ceaselessly to ensure we had our brand new a/c for our sons wedding in August!!! Everyone greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication!! Especially the Bride and Groom!!! The other plus about Sideco is they are family owned and currently operated by three generations! Working with family can be a challenge but they all sincerely respect each other and utilize the blending of their different levels of experience as well as their variety of knowledge to fully benefit each of their customer’s projects. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."
