They went above and beyond by replacing one window’s blinds without charge when our only complaint was that the color first installed didn’t work as well as we thought it would. Their advice was always helpful and I in particular noticed they didn’t try to up-sell us. Instead, they recommended the products that best met our needs regardless of price.
