"I recently had a deck removed and a patio installed with a new stone step up to the house. When that work was completed, there was a gap between the old siding and the door which had previously been occupied by the decking. The individual who did that work told me that I was going to have to have siding added to that space and that he did not know of anybody to refer me to. I had no idea where to go with this, so I found home advisor and described the project to them. Almost immediately Andrei reached out. He came over promptly to evaluate the situation. Even though it was a small space it was challenging because the color was faded from the original. The work was done perfectly and promptly. The price was also very fair considering the work which was done. I could write more, but I am limited by space in this review. I would highly recommend him to anybody."

"Don is a friendly, genuine business owner who gives it to you straight, and explains things on your level. He is patient throughout the process. He and his crew go above and beyond to do the job right, and clean up afterwards. He even did more than what was in the contract. Don't mistake his price with what the others offer, because he's doing a thorough job, and doing it once! I will hire him again and ask others to hire him if they want a good contractor who shows up when he says he will, communicates well, doesn't take your money and run, and fits you into his schedule pretty quickly!"

"I am happy with their work. I had leaks in the bathroom every time it rained, and a leak in the living room window. The other three companies I tried were unacceptable for various reasons; the did not know why there was a leak in the living room window. Mosy Exterior Inc came and examined the roof and quoted the cost of one third of the offer of the others. I was a bit skeptical but accepted his offer. I'm glad I did. No more leaks! "

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"The screened-in covered porch attached to the back of my house had shown signs of leaking for awhile. This February, however, there were several storms that brought with them high winds and heavy rain. My porch?s small leaks became greater in number and magnitude.    Jim, from W.J.C. Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either  1. just repair and replace the leaking  shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof.     I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again.    "
