Mr. Carranza did an excellent job assessing a handyman repair on a roof leak caused by a falling branch. When other roofers wouldn't bother to return my calls, he came out and personally assessed the work to give a peace of mind that the repair was done well and should not cause further problems.

Excellent work. The guys who did the work were in and out in 2 days! They thoroughly cleaned up after and left the job spotless. Many of my neighbors commented on how quick and how good they were. The owner of the company stopped by twice to check on things. I needed a little follow up after, (minor stuff) and the owner came and did it himself, and also voluntarily did two other things not even part of the project on his own, at no cost. Would hire again in a minute.

Salesman/Estimator was likable, not pushy. Discount was offered if we committed on first visit. Leary of doing that but went ahead with it. Difficult to get someone to do one window. Put one third down. Never heard of window brand promoted. Prestige by Vinlymax. Subsequent research indicates it may be okay. Very reasonable compared to Anderson and Pella. Time will tell. Owner arrived approximately one month after down payment to take measurements and window was installed approximately two months after down payment was made. Installation was postponed three times, but it can be difficult to squeeze in a small job if you're busy. Installation people did a nice job. If the window provides good service I will be very satisfied. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was nice.

Minor Carranza saved the day. He fixed my window and gave me some guidance. It was a really big deal because the company I purchased the windows from didn’t return calls, told me to use wd-40, had lots of other calls and couldn’t come for at least . . . . who knows how long. I thought i’d see if Carranza could help me even though my windows are not their windows. WOW!!! Outstanding customer service for people who aren’t customers!

All services were performed without any problems. Carranza had 2 men working on job for about 3 weeks. All work was done with profesaional craftsmanship. The best part was that it was all one stop shop. we chose cabinets, hardware, and countertops through Carranza. Also if you wanted to work with another supplier Carranza would work with them on any materials you needed. Highly recommend them for any project.

I had an excellent experience using Carranza Roofing. They replace my entire roof, including putting in new skylights. They were very punctual, answered all of my questions and the roof looks great. They were extremely careful of my landscaping and when they finished the job it looked like they had never been here. I would definitely use their services again.

Excellent! Everyone we dealt with at Carranza was extremely professional. The workmanship on the porch is excellent, down to the finer details. As decisions needed to be made during the project, the sales representative was up front and honest about what needed to be done and how it would affect the total cost of the project. We felt the entire team at Carranza was working together to make sure we were satisfied with the result.

Dave P took care of the immediate needs and gave me an estimate for a full replacement. After some additional estimates that couldn't match the quality/pricing, I scheduled the replacement with Carranza. The whole process was so much less painful than I anticipated. The office is friendly and professional. The on-site work was completed in a day. Most importantly, the cleanup made me wonder if they were there. Except I have a brand new roof as proof.

The roof was done in one day and was perfect. The price for the same exact materials was much less then the other quotes I received. The gutters were done in half a day and are good as well. The roof above our garage needed to be totally replaced and redone. This took a week and after every day they cleaned up and you wouldn't know they were there expect for the work that was done. We had a new EPDM roof put on with all new railings and a set of steps down to our yard. It looks great and we are extremely happy with every job Carranza did for us. We are planning on using them again for a bathroom install in our basement.

It was a really a mixed bag, ranging from excellent to very unsatisfactory. First the excellent: The decking on my rear deck was replaced with Trex and a new stairs installed. The men worked quickly and professionally to give me a beautiful deck. Minor charged us an extra $1500 for two concrete footers supporting the stairs, but we agreed with the charge since apparently he didn't have enough experience when he made the initial estimate to understand what was necessary. (fortunately his workers did) My front door and transom are nice, but the caulking wasn't completed on the exterior and inside caulking is sloppy. Although Minor assured us that things would look as they did before the work, the crown molding above the door was replaced with narrow strip of wood and the work looks somewhat unfinished & cheap, with a strip of wallboard exposed where the larger crown molding was not replaced. The sliding glass door is overall quite nice, but the door installed has a flaw. Minor was unwilling to address this with the manufacturer. The windows are adequate, but I'd recommend against them. Despite being told they would be under warranty, we have been unable to get a warranty from Minor. (Despite three phone calls and two texts.) Regarding punctuality and professionalism: Work started in January and was completed promptly. So why not give an A? Well, the work was initially scheduled to start on December 26, but no one showed up and didn't even call to reschedule. When called, the company phone went into voicemail. The next day, spoke with Minor who said he didn't have the supplies yet and that he "really should have called" - ...Well YES, he should have...rather than have his clients take off work...waiting for workers to show up. Sadly, we won't be hiring again.
