James Kim is a terrific communicator. He provided a fair price and his crew did a top-notch roof replacement for us. We are very pleased and would recommend his company to any homeowner needing a new roof. The shingles accompany a 50-year warranty that is transferrable.

I am writing the review because very disappointed the guy came Mr. Kimmy husband and I was impressed he quoted the price we agree he did not get back until a few days sent email 7,000 dollars more I hope it is not because we are black seniors now we are looking for another company and we are very hurt by this the reviews must be fake on here need to check these companies better he was from amber.

Haven't had work done yet but estimate and setting up appointment to get roof done is finished!

I am writing this review almost a year later after having our new roof last through Hurricane Ida, several tropical storms, record rainfall, and long, cold winter. The new roof James and his team installed on our home are superb. We experienced zero issues over the past year and we can tell it is from the quality of workmanship James and his team provides. Working with James and his team was an absolute pleasure. They showed up early to our home in NJ and left our yard pretty much spotless when they were finished. James is easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and priced our roof fairly unlike many other quotes we received through the pandemic. We will always recommend James whenever we can. He is an honest contractor who manages a team of skilled roofers and delivers everything promised. Thank you again, James.

I paid for a mayor roof repair regarding mold. They did the job that cost me $7000, the mold reappeared during the quarantine period and I haven't been able to get a hold of them.

James was friendly and professional. He made sure that I was aware of what was going on at every stage in the process. His guys did a great job on my roof installation and they made sure that I was completely satisfied with their cleanup before leaving. Everything considered, I am very satisfied.

Very knowledgeable, professional and punctual crew. James first hand keeps a very close look on how the project is going. Throughout the project, from time to time he’d keep me posted in person or through text with how things are looking. He promised us 2 days for a 3600sq ft roof and they were done in 1.5days. Very polite, respectful and hardworking crew. The first night they stayed back cleaning up the property even after it got dark. I’m so glad I found this company through Angi’s list. Very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I got (and over the past 3ish year we probably got 6-7 quotes). They use high quality products. Highly recommend them!

Excellent company. They removed my 30 year old roof and installed a GAF certified shingle roof. Also installed new 6 inch gutters, a new solar skylight and solar powered roof vent. The whole project just took two days. They were very conscious of protecting shrubbery etc. Excellent price for the whole package. James was very accessible throughout the whole project. You cannot go wrong with this company.

James was really easy to work with. He is very pleasant and really communicates well. His crew were always a few minutes early and very efficient. His pricing was better then anyone I had come across but I didnâ t feel like I was getting substandard work. His materials are excellent. I research everything and felt confident using him. He doesnâ t do the hard sell, which I appreciate and he doesnâ t pressure you into anything. He answers any questions you have. I definitely recommend him.

James Kim was professional, very knowledgable, and followed through with his promises. The color we chose was not originally available, but he obtained it through another dealer. His crew started at 7:00 AM and worked until 7:00PM. Plywood replacement extended the work until part of the second day. They were neat and cleaned up completely . We were very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend his company .

James was very professional and responsive. He delivers on his promises. I was concerned with the type of plywood sheathing that was to be installed. James promised he would get me what I wanted and provided it at the same cost he quoted even though these days price changes in plywood are somewhat unpredictable. There was a slight glitch with some plywood installation but the work crew quickly resolved resolved it. They left my back yard clean and removal of the dumpster was done the next day. I recommended reliance to one of my neighbors already. They weren't the cheapest, but James gave me peace of mind that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. I was impressed by their reviews, examples of experience and overall experience. I will use them again..

How many times during your lifetime do you hire a workman/installer and have no idea who it is you are hiring . You take a chance ! You pray they are honest , experienced , do excellent work and have reasonable prices . Today , I hired Reliance Restorations LLC FOR A ROOF REPLACEMENT ! They were a 20 star company ! They started at 7:00 am and continued until they finished replacing the entire roof at 6:30 pm . They left my property CLEANER than it was before they came . Their workmanship was impeccable . Their employees were courteous and respectful to my wife and I and of our property . Their owner , James Kim is a gentleman who explains everything making sure you understand what he is about to do to make you 100% happy . As an example one of the skylights we purchased was discovered broken when opened and Mr. Kim drove two hours to get a new one so we would be 100% covered for an upcoming rainstorm . JAMES KIM IS THE MAN and RELIANCE RESTORATIONS IS THE ROOFING COMPANY . I interviewed 8 companies and chose RELIANCE.... TRUST ME YOU WON'T BE SORRY !

It is a great pleasure for me to give a five-start review to Reliance Restorations. The original person I hired to put a new roof on my house kept giving me excuses for putting me off, then said he wouldnâ t work for me and would return my moneyâ ¦except he didnâ t. Three months after all this he is now under arrest and awaiting trial for contractor fraud. With that as my reference, Reliance Restorationsâ conduct was most welcome. James Kim, the owner, is extremely reliable and professional. He gave me a very reasonable priceâ better than any of the other companies who gave me an estimate. Within days his crew was at my house and by 8:00 that night the job was finished. The new roof looks great. James made it all seem very simple. I cannot recommend this company enough for its price, reliability and quality of workmanship!

Reliance Restorations is one of the best experiences Iâ ve had with working with anyone on our home - James helped us immensely, no pressure with any of his roofing items, and sent us pictures and gave us every single reason to trust him along the way. In addition - he went above and beyond. During the time of our new roof installation, our county was on lockdown due to COVID-19 - Since we had active leaks, he called our township and secured permission to replace our roof in the midst of county lockdown.
