"We hired them to inspect and clean a chimney. Their inspection was completely inaccurate--they told us that we would need to install a stainless steel lining in the chimney. We had a second inspection done by another company who used a camera to do the inspection. The second inspection revealed broken mortar and bricks in the chimney and smoke damage in the chimney and in the attic where the chimney exited the roof--a new lining could not have been installed. The house could have burned down. I would not hire them again."
