"Out of the Ordinary Construction is a father and son team, they built a deck at the rear of my home after removing some dilapidated steps. They did an outstanding job, I was impressed on their work ethics and dedication to completing the project. "Painting of three small-ish rooms, but with loads of difficulties - especially exposed beams. I could nit-pic about some things that were missed or clean-up not thorough... but the whole crew did a very good job and maintained good humor in the heat and humidity. "Mr. Johnson was very professional and yet personable at the same time. I had a small area of carpet located at the front door, that he was able to repair at a fraction of the cost of other area estimates. I highly recommend Moses to anyone looking for like services. Although it may look like it's not well done, the picture does not do it any justice. Because of the type of carpet, the seems currently show, after a few vacumings they will slowly fade."

The recommended minimum width for stairs is 36 inches, and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors recommends at least three cut stringers to provide sufficient support on wood decking stairs of this width. Generally, stringers should be a maximum of 16 inches apart for wood decking and 12 inches apart for more flexible composite decking.
