272 I had an existing deck and wanted the underside end boxed in by the steps. So it had a bunch of angles to work with & around. I have to say it came out great! The other problem I had was an existing pergola on the deck that had rot on the top boards. That was removed & a slanted tin...
William was very easy to work with as far as schedule and explaining work to be done. Clean up was great. Would highly recommend Ark Exteriors for Deck repair and painting.
Maids in Motion stepped in and went ABOVE my expectations. They did EVERYTHING! PERFECTLY, even the windows..they carried trash to the garage so it will be easier for me to take to the curb, and I don't think the deck has ever been this clean! Would I hire them again??? I ALREADY HAVE!!
