"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"I'd like to share my disappointment and frustration with the recent bathroom remodeling project that Install America completed for me. The project was signed on October 29, 2022, started on January 12, 2023 and was supposed to be completed within 1-2 weeks. However, the project did not finish until March 27, 2023, taking over 2.5 months instead of the promised timeline. This significant delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience as it disrupted all my life plans. Additionally, living on the construction site for 2.5 months was unhealthy and stressful, which exhausted my nerves. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of from the assigned project manager. The project manager never called back to provide updates on the project's progress, which left me in the dark about the timeline for completion. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the cost of the project, the salesperson added an additional $10K, referring to the fact that something was forgotten. This is unprofessional and unfair. Quality and quantity of work performed does not match the cost of the project, and I feel that I am being overcharged for services that were not adequately provided and while I have attempted to address my concerns with management, I have been met with resistance and have not received an itemized bill that justifies the charges. In response to these inconveniences, Install America graciously installed two additional niches (that were already in the contract), which is not adequate compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. The $500 compensation was also insufficient. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Install America. I do not recommend Install America to anyone. Stay away from them. "Job was started as quoted. Job was completed in the timeframe quoted. He was very prompt and showed up everyday until Job completed. Price was right. Would recommend. Will use him for future jobs"
