"I hired them to come out and clean a couch that was donated to us but we noticed had some mold. They arrived on time, were very professional, did an amazing job, and price was very reasonable. My couch now has a clean bill of health."

"Super fast response, were available within 2 days of initial contact and did an excellent job bringing our tired, old, worn carpet and furniture back to life in time for the holidays! Came on time, performed the work quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!"

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The cleaning was not very thorough"

"Clear and prompt communication, friendly service and a well done and thorough job."

Divine's professional techs., will always give assessments and everything will be explained to you prior to doing the cleaning. If there are possible permanent stains in your carpet or furniture, our technicians will point them out to you and alert you of the problem as well. Of course we will do everything in our power to try to get the stains out but not all stains are removable, it depends on a lot of factors. Just like some stains you may have on one of your shirts or dresses, in all cases, our technician will do everything in his power to clean your home. We guarantee our service only on spots and or stains that we remove during cleaning (one week guaranteed), providing that you honor our technicians' recommendations on what needs to be done on your carpets, e.g. if you need deep cleaning and our technicians recommend it and you don't want to do it and just want us to steam clean your carpets, we will be happy to steam clean your carpets, however we cannot guarantee anything.

"Bob showed up on time and did a great job. Can't believe he did all 10+ rooms in 3 hours. All the carpets look great. He advised to use additional cleaning agent for the basement due to presence of cat urine. I highly recomment this company. Walk-in closets and hallways were included without additional charges. Most companies would not do that. Great service and price. You will be happy. Thanks Bob."

"I have never used a cleaning service before, so I was very nervous allowing strangers into my home along with my children. I can only state what is true to me, this company made me feel very comfortable. They not only did a wonderful job, they made me feel as if they were family. I went along my business at home while they professsionally cleaned my home. My little children weren't even afraid of them, they kept peeking in on them as they worked. I will definitely used this reliable and professional service again! Once again, I thank you for a job well done, I will definitely recommend to everyone of this wonderful cleaning service!"

"I could not believe how accomodating, thorough, and personally invested the workers were. My situation was one of unexpected urgency, but they offered immediate and commendable service, with warmth and kindness that lasting friendships are built on."
