He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. "This was a complex project involving removal of the ceiling to expose joists, establishing anchors on the joists, drilling through an external wall, and attaching a steel channel iron to the outside wall. With force applied to a long bolt attached to the joists, the external wall was pulled into place and the joists were re-inserted into their slots. The job was a success and the crew was pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly. "
