"Reason for 4.5 rating is because our roof was just installed so from what I can tell so far I have no major complaints. we had ice cycles all around the roof the next day after installing (which we never had before) but was told by another source it was probably from the ice guard. also had a sky light installed and am very well pleased, except for some caulking which has to be done around the inside of the skylight (which I was told they do not do) I was given a small adjustment to help defray this cost. I think this company is very good to work with and the roof looks great."

Dean was very responsive to my needs, communicated very well, and finished on time. He went out of his way to help me -- he noticed that there was some furniture on the garage and volunteered to help me move it up two flights of stairs at no extra charge.
