"My mother was a hoarder. My siblings and I had spent nine months removing trash and family items from the house. There was one time when he forgot he had a meeting with me(that explains the lower grade on punctuality),but he was easy to reach by phone at all times. I can't comment on his accuracy in appraising items, because that was not my focus. I just wanted everything out of the house, and he accomplished that goal for me."
