Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

So far, they have done two jobs for us: a medium size kitchen remodel (tile backsplash, electrical, some cabinet work, install microwave); and a complete replacement of a master bath shower, which was a pretty large project. The quality of the work was superb, and Tim was a great creative help as well -- he has a very good eye for design, and suggested many elements of the work that made it far nicer than we originally envisioned. Rick is also very good at creative design. I also want to mention that the entire team was excellent at problem solving -- nothing ever goes exactly as planned; there are always surprises, but nothing fazed these guys, or even slowed them down.
