Kentzel Kraftmanship

Beware of this man. We ended up firing him after the job he said he'd have done in 2 weeks turned into over 2 months. Was paying him hourly at first and was being gouged as he was completing nothing! He would bring family members to help ("I need a second person today") and then bill us for their hourly wage as well. Kept asking for more money for "materials" but not showing us where the money was going and got very mad when asked him to do so. He returned over $300 of materials because he overbought supplies. He is very difficult to communicate with and kept saying he was coming to work and didn't show up. We had him "bid" to finish our job (after 6 weeks of hourly billing!) and he still didn't get anything finished and we did fire him). Very very frustrating. We have hired someone else to come finish what this man over billed for and never completed!

I want to recommend Paul Kentzel to anyone needing a quality painting pro. He did an excellent job painting our great room. He was exceptionally neat, painting around woodwork, fireplace and cabinets. He cleaned up every day before leaving. He was a great help moving furniture away and replacing same as he went. Iâ m especially happy with every aspect of this large project. I feel his price was right for our area. I will hire him again.

His work the first day was excellent. He said days he would be back but never returned to finish project. When I phoned him he had various excuses; worked on different project, had to pick son up from college, sick, etc.

Paul Kentzel is a great guy who is very good at what he does! I will hire him for future projects.
