I already had the replacement part and attempted to replace it myself. The leaky valve had been installed incorrectly so that it had broken apart when I attempted to remove it. The Matt Mertz guys were understanding and fast to replace the broken valve.

Dan came out and attempted to find and fix a leak in my roof. He made several repairs to the roof as well as fixed the angle on my front gutter. Unfortunately, the leak returned but Dan came out again and was able to find the source of the leak and repair. I would not hesitate to use Dan again....

It was a wonderful job. They actually climbed the tree (about 50 ft.) and cut off the upper branches so that they would not fall onto the garage roof.  It was amazing.  The care and skill that they have is beyond excellent.  I would recommend them to anyone for any tree service.

The painter arrived on time and with the supplies he needed to complete the job. He removed the the handrail and painted the stairwell, the upstairs hallway, and downstairs hallway. The color was the color we chose. His work was excellent and neat. He applied two coats.
