Dan and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were here early and worked hard through out the day to get our roof done. They were very mindful of how they replaced the roof with impending storms and my neighbors noticed since other roofs in the neighborhood were being ripped down all at once. The crew did an excellent job in clean up which I appreciated with small children and animals. The price was on point, the work was excellent and I would highly recommend them again to anyone who needs a roof replaced

These guys did an excellent job for us on a complex, work intensive project. We asked them to remove our existing roof (shingles, plywood and rigid foam insulation) and then spray foam where the rigid foam had been and the replace the roof with new materials. They were able to locate a spray foam contractor who was willing to work alongside them while the roofing was replaced. They performed all of these tasks very well. I was very impressed with their workmanship and their work ethic. Several days they worked more than 12 hours! Couldn't be more happy with Dan and his crew as well as with Josh handling all the logistics with the spray foam folks. Would highly recommend them!

Very good job! The shingle roof was replaced and was done in one and half days.

Called with 3 problem areas and looking to compare pricing. They called me back the next morning and were onsite that day. Five star was by far the lowest and told me they could have me fixed by Christmas. Which I thought with the crazy weather we have been having that there was no way. Well I was wrong. The work was started and finished the same day. My new roof looks great. All the employees were very nice and polite. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

At a rental unit 75 miles from home, in the pouring rain, Five Star Roofing came on a Sunday and stopped all leaking and saved most of the inside remodeling that had been started in a bathroom (the only room this small roof covered). I had been scrambling to find someone to come for such a small job in such terrible weather conditions and despite it being a ways from their base of operation, they came. They saw. They conquered. QUICKLY. Not a drop since and the rest of the inside remodel continues this morning. Major save! I would recommend them to anybody.

Five Star Roofing was responsive, punctual, and professional. They replaced our entire roof in a day while making repairs as needed and staying within the estimate given. I could not recommend them enough for any roofing work you may need.

Everything went great. Had leaking in the corner of lower roof because of a poor install by previous owner. Dan came out, showed us the problem, and told us how he would fix it. He also came up with a cost effective way to repair the old box gutters that were rusting out. He was extremely professional, on time, stuck to his schedule, and cleaned everything up when done. We are very happy with the service and will use him again in the future.

He was nice and honest. He was very responsive. When I was concerned later on they came back and double checked the roof to make sure everything was ok.

I was in my new home less than two weeks when we discovered the roof was leaking down in to the finished basement. Dan came out and diagnosed the problem and provided us a cost-effective solution. He was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain to me what had probably caused the leak in the first place.

Went well. After original deal payment, it cost me some more because an attic fan was found to be cracked. Put in new aluminum fan. No leaks so far.

Dan came out and attempted to find and fix a leak in my roof. He made several repairs to the roof as well as fixed the angle on my front gutter. Unfortunately, the leak returned but Dan came out again and was able to find the source of the leak and repair. I would not hesitate to use Dan again. He returns phone calls, a rarity these days, and was priced very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone no matter the size of the job.

Not well. After purchasing the deal I was not able to get a hold of the company. I left several messages and did not receive any response. I reached out to Angies List for assistance. At which time they kept trying to get me to upgrade my membership. Eventually A.L. did leave a message for the roofer and they call to schedule. When they arrived they spent a total of 20 minutes, maybe less...this includes, parking, talking with homeowner for 3 minutes, unloading ladder, being on roof, packing it up and leaving. I did hear a hammer banging for a about 3-4 minutes... If you notice the deal I'd purchased included pictures.... I did not see or receive any, before or after. Also it included an interior inspection to check for leaks. This as well did not occur. But was part of the purchase price I'd paid. When A.L. followed-up to see if I'd heard from the roofers and/or the work had been completed I informed him of the situation mentioned above. The response I received from A.L. was, again, upgrade your membership and we will attempt to resolve this. So A.L. solution to the situation was to pay them more money and they will assist me with the money I've already paid??? Bad experience all the way around. **** the rating scale above was difficult to decide as I was caught between 2-3 responses depending of if the question related to before, during or after the roofer contacted me and completed the work. It all fairness I attempted to rate between all deciding factors. ****

Dan called me, set up a time to be here. Was prompt, looked at the problem on my roof, repaired it within a 1/2 hour. This is the second time using Five Star Roofing, as the first time was also a success in every way. I am so happy to have finally found an honest, hard working, roofing business that I can depend on. Dan lives up to the name of his business, by far. Thank you Sir.
