"On Wednesday, 2/24/2016 we experienced a flooding of our basement and family room due to the heavy rainstorm that evening, we were standing in 6 inches of water.   We have used IPS for renovations and repairs previously and quite frankly I did not know who could help me with this mess, so I called Fred in the hopes that he could help me or at least direct me to someone who does this kind of work.   Well even though it was late 11pm, Fred said he would come right away. And so he did, he was at my house within the hour. He brought in all his professional grade equipment-wet.vac, huge dehumidifier,huge blowers.etc. He immediately got to work everything was moved (I use my garage as my painting studio), so there was no loss due to water damage.   He was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure to remove all standing water by moving  everything,and set up his drying equipment which he left overnight.   During this disaster, my daughter called as she too had flooding in her basement.  After setting up the equipment in my house he went to my daughters house and proceeded to do the same for her.  By the time he finished it was the early morning.  I will ALWAYS call Fred whenever I need anything done as regarding  my home-he really came through for us. I need to have some kind of drainage system put in and I most certainly am going to use Fred,for that job and any other property issue.The title of his company is IPS or Integrated Property Solutions-and he is the solution to every property issue.  We highly recommend Fred and his company IPS-reliable,professional,courteous, just wonderful."

"Mark is a true professional! He was down-to-earth, but never lost job focus.  He and Tim, his assistant, arrived promptly each day, laid drop cloths throughout my house and taped my stairway for added protection.  Drop cloths were also used to cover my bed and end tables.  At the end of each workday, the drop cloths were picked up and removed. Mark stored materials in my garage but at the end of the job, everything was removed and the garage was swept.  
One example of Mark's experience was his need to come up with an alternative to a granite lip behind the vanity. Because I had opted to use a particular granite remnant, some creativity was called for.  Mark used the floor/shower/accent tiles to create a backsplash that ties the room together beautifully!  
I cannot say enough good things about Mark Bond.  When a question or "idea" came up on my part I had only to pick up the phone and call Mark or drop him a text.  His replies were prompt and courteous. 
- Do I wish that demolition and tile cutting didn't create dust.? Of course, but that is a reality of renovation.
