"They came to the house, evaluated the situation, asked lots of questions, came up with a game plan, and realized they didn’t have the tool needed for what was suspected as a vent issue with 2 toilets flushing slow. They came back the following day after confirming with us that this was not an emergency, otherwise he was going to come back the same day. It ultimately ended up being a clog in the toilet itself upstairs. Once it was cleared, the first floor toilet started working better too. They’re honest and did not charge me for the first initial evaluation, only for the work actually completed and at a very reasonable price. Also, they showed up at the times they said they would be at my house both days which is always a plus. I will definitely contact McGhee Environmental again. Thanks!"

I am going to replace it with a bigger one and use the one he installed in a rental home that I own. The plumber was polite, and efficient. He did a neat job. I do not like the toilet seat, but that is my fault. I should have asked more questions."
