Wire brush contaminated walls and floors in the basement. 5. Sweep and shop VAC heavy debris. 6. HEPA VAC the walls, still plate concrete floors and joists. 7. Enzyme the concrete floors, still plates, joists, and walls to kill the fungi. 8. Wipe down all surfaces. 9. Clean visual stains. 10. Provide and apply MSR solutions for difficult stains. 11. Provide and apply BAC Shield on the joists, concrete floors, and walls in the basement. 12. Provide sanitizing plasma for 2 hours in the basement. 13. Provide sanitizing plasma for 2 hours in the air system. 14. Clean up all debris created by the project. 15. Provide and install a REME HALO in the plenum. 16. Provide and install an Ez Breeze in the basement."
