He didn't use our hoses to clean up so there was no paint (stain) in our sink, driveway or paths to the house. He cleans everything in his trailer. He didn't leave tools or rags around the deck and provides little extras such as extra bolts to provide better support to railings. He is very conscious of your time and schedules around any conflicts you may have. I highly recommend Neil and I have hired him to do 2 more projects for us. Great Guy and very reasonably priced.
