"Everything from start to finish was excellent. Gary responded promptly when I contacted him through here and was at my house promptly. While giving the estimate, Gary gave his honest opinion and ended up saving us a lot of money by saying only half the wall needed to be done now. Also he gave us other options to help minimize foundation issues in the future. On the day of the foundation kevlar strap installation, the crew showed up when they said they would and immediately got to work. They got the work done quickly and correctly and cleaned up any debris or dust they made. After the work was done they went over what they did with me and went over the warranty information for the kevlar foundation straps they installed.
