"Eric and Zachary have come to my parents' house twice and done all kinds of tasks for them that my parents couldn't easily do themselves (clearing out their packed-full attic, deep cleaning the basement, trimming hedges, cleaning tile floors in the master bedroom [and removing and putting back all the furniture to do so], hauling truckloads of stuff away...) and they'll be back soon to clean and seal all the grout on the house's first floor. They're a godsend--super efficient, easy to deal with, up for anything, and very reasonably priced. Hard workers who take pride in performing tasks thoroughly and perfectly and who go above and beyond. Highly recommended."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
