"I had an emergency generator installed and one of the installers did not Install the gas line properly. After some calls and some back and forth, I get a call from customer service manager and she got someone out and took care of it family fast. The leak was still there and when they came out the second time discovered it was a new leak from the gas company changing out my meter. So the second leak was not the fault of this company. Their work on the generator and install was good, the customer service could use a bit of tweeking but overall I would definitely recommend."

"Although this review and my comments should have been done months ago I was delayed because of a water line/drain line massive problem that took my time. ANYHOW, Erie was a pleasure to have in my home as his demeanor and knowledge was so very 'on spot' with the two electrical project I wanted done. It was impressive that after our meeting at my house, or which he was, as said great to discuss issues with and to my appreciation ,,,, kept me updated on his workings with the city of Pittsburgh to get my one major project done. He will be used for both the electrical major project. Also, his bids for one of the two jobs was absolutely the lowest of the contractors,,,and within what I thought the job cost would be.
