"The guys were professional and did a wonderful job installing sod in our front yard. They were friendly, hard working, and left the area neat and clean. The person who provided the estimate for work did not measure for the amount of sod needed properly and they ended up being short for about 1/5th of the property. They went back out, obtained more sod, and installed it all before the end of the day. The owner of the company still honored the original price quoted. That is EXCELLENT customer service. "Poor service follow up after the job was done. Henry showed up for an estimate as promised, gave what seemed a reasonable price. After the job was done, there were some areas at the end of the driveway that looked underdone. It rained that evening, and some of the coating watched away. I called the company the next day and was promised that Henry would come by. Promises were made twice with time frames (by who I believe is his wife who seems to manage the business) but he never showed up. It has been a few weeks and I have stopped calling. They have not followed up. In short, the basic job was done adequately for the most part, but actual customer service after the sale to address issues, has been non-existent. Would not recommend."
