"Horrible experience. The job was supposed to take 5 days—weeks later, it’s still unfinished. Sloppy tile work, exposed plumbing, and completely unprofessional behavior. He walked off the job, got aggressive when we refused to pay more, and even sent threatening texts. We were left with an unusable bathroom and had to stay in a hotel. Avoid Proper Function Plumbing at all costs."

"I left a voicemail for Jason and he called me back very fast. He was able to come over within a day or two and take a look at the job and gave me a great quote over email a day or two later. He replaced the dryer vent over the 2nd floor master bathroom in which a bird had flown in and created a nest with eggs and was making a ruckus with its chirping. Since then we finally have peace and quiet. Also for my front door, I had a storm door handle that was hitting my newly installed electronic deadbolt on the front door and both the front door and storm door couldn't be closed at the same time. Jason was able to perfectly push out the framing which finally allowed for both the front door and storm door to be closed at the same time. Jason also painted the framing to blend it into the front door and the previous framing with no spills or staining. He was very courteous and prompt. When an issue with the storm door lock came up, he came over that weekend and fixed it and it now works perfectly."
