I wasn’t very optimistic about them getting out some rather bad stains in our carpets but were amazed to see all of the stains gone when they were done! They spot treated everything initially and then steam cleaned a wool carpet & 2 nylon carpets in three rooms in our home. They were diligent in trying to get my stains out!
