Mike and his father were punctual, polite, and very professional. They did a fantastic job on cleaning and caulking my windows and steps. They went above and beyond what I anticipated. I really appreciated their honesty, excellent work ethic, and dedication to doing a job well done. I will definitely use them again, and refer them to family and friends who are seeking general exterior maintenance. These are great guys!!!!

M&R came early and worked hard for a almost four hours power washing the back side of my townhouse and that of three neighbors. It was a big job but they were able to make all four families happy with their work.

M&R does excellent work. We have used them the last several years. They clean our windows once, sometimes twice, a year. Excellent job very efficiently. Very careful to work around personal items in the house. We have a very large patio, sidewalk and walkway that they power washed. It has looked great since. I would definitely recommend M&R.
