"I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. Seth provided a free quote and even suggested additional solutions with pricing options. He communicated with me quickly by text and took the time to explain every step of the process. At the end of each work day, he would walk me through all the work that had been done that day (again, answering any of my questions). The guys worked hard for four days, in some pretty hot and humid conditions! Seth also pointed out some other problem areas in my basement as they did their work and made recommendations on how to resolve those issues (there was some wood rot on the stairway area and a leaking water bib; he even gave me the name of a contractor for replacing my rain gutters outside when I was ready). Seth installed a basement dry system along all four walls of the basement, two sump pumps in opposite corners, and a lateral across the middle of the basement. I chose Better Basements & Beyond because it is a local company (not some big box company just out to make a buck) but also because Seth actually does the work himself (again, no fancy representative doing a sales pitch who doesn't get his hands dirty). He stands by his work and makes sure it it done to the highest standards. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs water mitigation services."

"Dan and his crew repaired a bridge that is in my driveway. The bridge goes over a water run-off trench. They poured a concrete foundation under the bridge to minimize erosion and installed jacks for supporting the bridge. They also replaced a section of my driveway that was crumbling apart. "Thompson did a drain system for our entire basement, including two sump pumps, plus treated the area for mold. They also patched some areas on our basement walls, unrelated to the installation of the drain system. They covered our items in the basement with plastic to protect them from dust and laid plastic and paper to protect the flooring from the entrance to our home to the basement door._x000D_|_x000D_|The installation went very well. The finished product looks good and is ready for painting. We've had at least one good rain since the install and so far no leakage. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and removing debris, dust and the plastic. The project was finished on time."

"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

Only issue I had is that they removed a 1 yr old Sump Pump and never gave it back after my request numerous times. That's been at least 3 months ago. Good group of guys!"
