At a time when some contractors are out there trying to sell unnecessary services and products, Sean is an honest, consultative, helpful professional. He was able to identify problems with our existing sump pit and corrected them. He also identified the fact that the sump pit was not in the lowest point of our foundation and installed a second sump pit and pump there. "John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"
