"Up front I searched all HVAC vendors in Cranberry and looked at Kohls first, this was on another site and the reviews there were disconcerting to say the least. So I checked another site for HVAC vendors and filled our a request and within minutes Kohls "Gail" called me back asking what she could to help me out. I explained that I wasn't sure if I wanted to do business with Kohls due to the reviews I read. She understood and we mutually agreed that not all reviews are accurate . Cutting to the chase, I needed someone there at 8:00 AM. The tech "Eric" showed up at 7:52 AM. Super guys, very knowledgeable, experienced. I know enough about HVAC and the technology behind it. He was great, reviewed all the moving parts for me, checked how existing AC was operating, gave us tips and tricks on how to manage currently. Provided a price quote for the AC replacement and also for a new furnace, which for both I thought was and is a good deal. I am convinced those that gave Kohls a bum review actually have other issues. DMD"

"i was extremely pleased with the young man from north Pittsburgh last year I was told by a large hvac company that we would need to replace the entire AC system soon- they were quick to give an estimate with the heat at all time high levels our AC quit so we were expecting the worse he quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor and my bill was under $200 the integrity/honesty shown here can not be replaced.
