Josh promptly stopped by and diagnosed the problem to be a burned circuit board. He got a new board, installed it and tested the part. He diagnosed the root cause of the why the board burned to water overflow. He cleaned the drain pipe and cleaned up after him I have used Josh before and he is very knowledgeable and nice person. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs.
