"If you want to trust that the carpets are going to be as clean as they possibly can, he's the guy. You could rent a machine, but it's not the same as what he does. He is very trustworthy. You get what you pay for with him, but his prices aren't the cheapest."

"Full disclosure my house was very dusy and needed a good overall cleaning due to an injury things had gone untouched for months. They do come and look at everything before they actually do the job so i dont think my review is unfair. Pros-They were very punctual, polite and professional. My house smelled so good. They cleaned my floors to perfection. Vacuumed couches and even under cushions. Overall what they did clean was well cleaned Windows looked great Kitchen was clean and wiped down well, they even washed the dishes. Window seals were all cleaned well Cons- I think they either they had someone new or underestimated the job. I was expecting 3 people but 2 came, which is fine but they were rushing at the end maybe because of underestimating the time/job. A lot was missed. Cleaned my half bath but didnt clean the window shelf which was full of dust and cobwebs and nothing on that shelf was touched(trinkets, picture frames) My laundry room was vacuuming and washer/dryer was wiped but that was it. I expected they would clean and move things to clean and that didn't happen. My ceiling fan was cleaned but some of the dust residue was left in my bed. dresser was cleaned but nothing was put back neatly as i was told. 1 dresser top was not cleaned off at all. Toys were not moved or organized in any way. Master bed was made neatly but other beds were not made as nicely. one bed the comforter was folded in 4 and layed on bed. Glass screen door was not touched. Kitchen tabletop was cleaned and chairs were vacuumed but the chairs and table legs were not touched as expected. I really cant say if I would use them again or not. I think if i was here when they cleaned or before they left i could've expressed my concerns. They were very nice man and woman but i cant remember their names. Esperanza and ??? Ashley was very nice as well."

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), no single water filter or treatment system can remove 100% of contaminants. To find the best filter for your needs, first determine which impurities are most important for you to remove. For example, reverse osmosis (RO) filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including sediment, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, and chemicals. However, the RO process can also filter out beneficial minerals like calcium and magnesium. If eliminating bacteria is your main priority, a UV filter could be a suitable choice. Additionally, distilled water is considered the most pure form of filtered water available.

Avoiding regular HVAC maintenance can lead to significant problems and higher costs over time. Without proper care, your system has to work harder, resulting in increased wear and tear, reduced performance, and more frequent breakdowns. This inefficiency leads to higher energy bills as the system consumes more energy to heat or cool your home.

Key components like condensate lines, evaporator coils, and motors require regular cleaning and lubrication to function correctly. Neglecting these tasks can lead to critical problems and costly repairs. Over time, unattended issues can cause permanent damage, potentially requiring you to replace the entire unit much sooner than expected. Additionally, skipping maintenance can negatively impact your indoor air quality.

While an air conditioner can temporarily run with a dirty filter, it is not recommended as it will not work efficiently. A dirty filter forces the system to work harder to circulate cool air, leading to reduced airflow, increased wear and tear, and higher energy bills. This added strain can cause the air conditioner to overheat or fail prematurely. Furthermore, a clogged filter may allow dust and dirt to accumulate in your ductwork, negatively impacting air quality. It is more cost-effective to clean or replace filters regularly than to pay higher utility bills and risk needing to replace the entire AC unit.

HVAC pros recommend that you replace your AC filter every one to three months to maintain optimal indoor air quality and ensure your HVAC system operates efficiently. However, factors such as filter type, household size, and environmental conditions may influence the frequency of replacement. Regular filter changes help prevent debris buildup, maintain airflow, and prolong the life span of your air conditioning unit.

You should plan to change your AC unit's filter every one to three months, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. You should also clean the coils at least once per year, but if you have pets or someone in your household has allergies, you might need to clean them more often. Fortunately, many pros will clean the coils and change the filter for you during an inspection, which you should schedule once or twice per year.
