"Rick was very professional and gave some great advice regarding the work that would need to be done to have the paint adhere to the ceiling (there was wallpaper on the ceiling) properly.  I think that he probably does excellent work, as he was very detail oriented.  Unfortunately, his quote was more than what we are willing to pay for a rental property.  You probably get what you pay for though!

The plaster under the wallpaper needed more work than expected and Zach's crew worked hard and carefully to get the surface perfect before starting the painting of two coats. I had discovered that Zach also did this type of work when he installed our new roof and gutters last fall. Seeing the care they took on that job and the good results ,we had no hesitation to hire him again. We have been very pleased with the results.
