"BEWARE OF THIS SLIMY BUSINESS! Some words of advice before you use this business for your home. Get a written estimate and measure your rooms. They claim they charge by the square foot so they add in a substantial amount of square feet and overcharge you. Next check your bill carefully! They will add additional services that they are not authorized to do and then charge you for it. They did scotchguarding on our carpet but never asked either myself or my husband if we wanted it and then they charge for it. The carpets come out hard from whatever product it is that they use. After being vacuumed many times the carpet is still hard. Do your homework so that you don’t get ripped off as I did. Customer service is totally unresponsive and not interested in customer satisfaction . So the main advice I would give you is to use a different business to clean your carpeting. We have had much success with Chem Dri of Mars and I would suggest you give them a call first."
