On the sixth service call, we requested an inspection of all installed windows; that is when we learned that all windows had been installed incorrectly. We also learned that a subcontractor installed the windows, so Window Nation was not responsible for the visible water damage and mold in our home, and the statute of limitations for addressing those damages had expired. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism defiled the entire process with Window Nation, eroding our trust in the company. I hope my review saves anyone considering Window Nation."
