They provided us with a complimentary color consultation with a color expert who helped us pick paint for all of the rooms. Apart from being very thorough painting, they did extra things that they did not charge us for they fixed a tube that was loose on the washing machine when they painted the laundry room, they fixed a loose railing, and a French door that was scraping the floor in one of the rooms. They came early every morning and worked hard all day. Hugo was at the site every day supervising and working with the crew. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provided us with valuable advice, for example on how the ceiling in the foyer should be painted. He was always eager to address any questions and concerns and always asked for our opinion. He also told us how to store the leftover paint to prolong its life. They completed the work on time, within the time frame they provided us before they started, without sacrificing the quality of their work. When they left our children kept asking when the nice painters are coming back and were devastated to learn that they were done. We highly recommend R Jones Painting, and will only be using them for future projects - they are the best!"
