"We chose Carpetco because we wanted to support a local company. We purchased carpet and laminate from them in 2015 and had them install it. This was a major purchase, as it was our entire house. They installed the laminate incorrectly which voided our warranty with the manufacturer. They had to come back after one year and then two years to re-stretch the carpet. Our carpet now looks like it's 10 years old and is buckled in multiple places in every room. They refuse to warranty their work. They ignored my inquiries for weeks at a time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and we are out thousands of dollars for wanting to shop local. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

We will gladly work with your financial institution and accept checks/cash. We do cater to Senior Citizens and strive to take extra time and effort in working for seniors while taking limited income into consideration and offering whatever discounts we can. We currently have 8 full time employees and seem to be expanding while keeping busy in our local economy. Our business office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. We do offer free estimates for projects big and small.
