"Gus, owns this company. He was a subcontractor for DeBella who was contracted to do our root. When we had problems we played tag with DeBella for two years. I finally contacted the subcontractor and let him know I would be filing suit for repairs. He was completely unaware of the damage repair requests. He was able to work and secure the proprietary roofing of DeBella from another company to get the repair made. Even while deathly ill he managed to guide his workers to make the necessary repairs in a vary timely manner. I would recommend him hands down. Very personable. DeBella did not make any attempt to stand behind their guarantee and warrantee< Sadly. I do not recommend them."

"I hired Vitas company for a gutter instal and I requested a custom down spout. He also did some other handyman work and helped with a few other projects that I needed help with. I would hire again, and have referred him to friends and family. Projects big and small, are his specialty"

"JM Smith was great! I have to work all day, but I was able to coordinate an estimate (which was very reasonable) and installation via phone and texts. They kindly removed my barely-held-on gutters and replaced them with new ones in such a way that will last much longer than the previous shoddily-installed ones. They also took care of hauling away the olds ones."
